Our mission is to inspire and equip the next generation of female leaders to achieve their full potential With a focus on self-esteem, boundaries, understanding, and loving on self with education and leadership development, we provide girls with the tools and resources they need to succeed in school and beyond. Meet the mother and daughter team. Shatoria is the owner of I Am Shatoria, LLC where she provides love, motivational support, and real life conversation. Mom is a retired military member, author of two books along with her very own magazine, VeDel Magazine. She is also a speaker, host, podcast host, and high school teacher.
Janae is the owner of J. Ann where she is starting her vlog. She is also finishing up her first children's book, and Youtube channel. She is creating a place where she can spread love, joy, peace, and encouragement to all young ladies.
Just the Beginning
Girlz N-Power was created in 2018 under the direction of Shatoria Christian. With COVID-19, the program went to the back burner. However, in 2023, Shatoria decided it was time to bring back the program and back with a force. With the help of her daughter, Janae Ann, Girlz N-Power is now a nonprofit and base location is in San Antonio, Texas. We have events gearing up and we are ready to take on the world.
